How cancellation works
/settings/billing → Cancel subscription. Confirm. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period (you don't lose paid days). At period end, you're moved to Free tier. Past-Free-tier receipts beyond the Free quota become read-only (you can't add new ones; you can still query existing ones, with 90-day retention for the Free downgrade).
What happens to receipts on downgrade
All existing receipts remain accessible read-only for 90 days post-downgrade. Within that window, you can export the full history (/agents/[did]/export). After 90 days, receipts beyond the Free tier 1k/month allowance are archived to cold storage. Restoration available with re-upgrade.
Export options
Per-agent: /agents/[did]/export. Per-org: /admin/export. Format: signed JSON archive. The receipts remain verifiable post-export (signatures don't become invalid). You can self-host or move to another receipt-format-compatible system without losing data.
How to delete data entirely
/settings/account → Delete account. Permanently removes your account + all associated receipts. Irreversible. We retain a hash-only summary for 90 days for fraud-prevention purposes; after that, full deletion. Standard GDPR right to erasure.
Org-level cancellation
Org admins cancel via /admin/billing → Cancel. Same flow as individual subscription. Org members are moved to Free tier; their personal agents continue under Free quota. Org-owned agents transferred to the org admin's personal account or archived per the org admin's choice.
Refunds
No partial refunds within a billing period (subscription cancels at period end, you pay through the period). Annual commit refunds available for early-cancel under specific circumstances — talk to support. Standard SaaS refund posture.
