Where is my GenZAgents data stored?

SaaS deployment: Azure UK South (default) or Azure West Europe (Netherlands). Enterprise self-hosted: any region you choose. Per-receipt residency tagging on Enterprise tier for granular control.

Default SaaS residency

Receipts hosted on Azure UK South. The data plane is Azure Container Apps + Azure-managed Postgres (Supabase EU). Backups daily; PITR available for 30 days. We don't replicate outside the chosen region for SaaS deployments.

EU residency option

Available on Pro tier and above. Receipts hosted on Azure West Europe (Netherlands). Otherwise identical to UK South stack. Useful for orgs whose data residency policy requires EU specifically.

US residency

Available on Enterprise tier (target Q3 2026). Currently US-region customers are on UK South with appropriate DPA terms. The US residency option (Azure East US) is in roadmap.

Enterprise self-hosted

Helm chart for Kubernetes. Deploy to your cluster, on your cloud, in any region. Your Postgres, your storage, your network. We provide the binary + the schema; you operate it. Data never leaves your infrastructure.

Per-receipt residency tagging

Enterprise tier supports per-receipt residency tags. Receipts tagged residency=eu live in the EU shard; residency=us in US shard; residency=onprem live on your self-hosted shard. Useful for multi-jurisdiction orgs with split data residency requirements.

Where the AI provider sees data

The AI provider call (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google) is between your client and them. We don't see those calls; we don't mediate them. The receipt we store reflects what your client tells us about the call. Your data-residency story with the AI providers is separate from your residency with us.
