About GenZAgents

We are building the layer that survives every provider switch.

Every enterprise today runs AI work across three to six providers — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Cline, Gemini. The work fragments across walled gardens. When employees leave, their AI work walks out with them. When IT switches providers, the institutional knowledge is gone. We are the metalayer that fixes this.

Why this gets built by us, not by an incumbent

Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google all profit from lock-in. None of them will ever ship a "switch to another provider" button — it's corporate suicide for their North-Star metric. The platform layer above them gets built by the structurally-neutral third party.

Same dynamic as banking infrastructure. Plaid wasn't built by JPMorgan. Twilio wasn't built by AT&T. Stripe wasn't built by Visa. The category-defining platform is always built by the company that has no incentive to keep customers locked in to any single provider.

What we build

Cross-provider agent identity

One did:genz: agent identity that lives above Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Cline, Gemini, Claude Code. Same trust score, same receipt pool, no matter which model ran.

A signed receipt for every AI conversation

JCS-canonicalised JSON, Ed25519 signatures, BLS aggregation for ZK mode. The receipt format is open at github.com/genzagents/work-receipt-spec under Apache-2.0 + CC BY-SA 4.0 — your data is portable by design.

Cross-provider conversation handoff

An employee switches from Claude to ChatGPT; the work continues with full context. Cryptographic agent transfer when someone leaves the company. Org-wide search across every conversation across every provider.

Compliance evidence packs as the bonus, not the pitch

Once your team is using us for continuity, SOC 2 / ISO 42001 / EU AI Act / EU CRA evidence packs generate from the underlying receipts. We are not a compliance product; compliance is what falls out of doing this right.

Operating principles

Vendor-neutral by design

We sign integration partnerships with every provider; we depend on none. If Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google all shut us out tomorrow, the product still works — because the receipts live in our database, not theirs.

Open spec over proprietary lock-in

The receipt format is open under Apache-2.0. Anyone can build a competing tool that reads our receipts. The moat is the network, not the format.

Continuity first, compliance second

We sell the layer that makes AI work survive provider switches and employee turnover. Compliance evidence packs are the upsell after the lock-in story is bought.

Live in production, no roadmap theatre

We don't announce features in roadmaps; we announce them in the changelog after they ship. Everything described on this site is something your team can use today, not next quarter.

What we are not building

A memory infrastructure company
Mem0 and Letta already do that. We integrate with both; we are the layer that gives their snapshots a portable signed identity that survives provider switches.
An agent identity registry
ERC-8004 and Coinbase AgentKit do that. We optionally anchor receipts on-chain when buyers want immutable storage; we do not replace the underlying registry.
A payment rail
Stripe Agentic, x402, Skyfire do that. We consume their settlement events and emit receipts that prove the work matched the payment.
A KYC vendor
Persona, Veriff, and Trulioo do that. We white-label them for our verified-human tier; they own the identity, we own the trust layer.
A compliance audit firm
Vanta, Drata, Sumo Logic do that for human SaaS. We generate the AI-specific evidence packs they don't cover today.
A token, a DAO, or anything on a Layer-1 chain
Optional on-chain anchoring exists for high-value receipts. The product itself is JSON + cryptography running on regular cloud infrastructure.

We are building the metalayer above all of them.
